Quality Manager Needed!!!

Incoho is in need of a Quality Manager to oversee Quality Assessment and Quality Control Initiatives. The ideal candiate that we have in mind :

* is a college degree holder of any course.

* has a background in the bpo industry particularly in the operations and quality control functions.

* is currently an assistant manager/manager, team leader level.

* has excellent analytical skills.

* is comfortable working with data and is able to think strategically.

* must have the ability to work with multiple departments across different continents.

* is able to work independently.

* is able to strike a balance between being people and process orientation.

* must have excellent skills in MS Excel and Visio. Preference for applicants who are familiar with Minitab. 

* has excellent communication skills, must be able to communicate with all levels of management.

* may have Six Sigma Training or Certification. Not a hard requirement but preference will be given to applicants with exposure to quality and process improvement disciplines.

* is able to work on ever changing schedules but usually would follow EST Hours.

Alain Ariel Bendijo is Incoho's VP for Process Excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He has been with Incoho for 8 years. He is a published amateur photographer and is also a certified PADI Divemaster and has been diving in and around the Philippines since 1994.
