Incoho Celebrates 9th Anniversary; launches New LOB

Incoho launches Skiptracing Solutions, its latest line of business to compliment its current offerings of highly specialized services. The solution is aimed at freeing up working capital that is held up in receivables due to debtors being unreachable or un-locatable .  Incoho has just completed several pilots with a Fortune 500 client to fine tune the solution. The new line of business leverages on Incoho's solutions oriented approach to collections as well as their proprietary skip tracing techniques which was developed through years of experience in handling a variety of accounts across all delinquency spectrum from early delinquency, pre-write off, post write-off and recovery.

Process Manager Rolando Mateo states, "The solution is very robust and builds on Incoho's experience in commercial collections and uncanny ability to recognize gaps in our client's processes and how we are able to fill those gaps and generate additional value in our client's value stream."
The latest line of business is related to Incoho's main strength which is Collections. Incoho's line of businesses is very specialized and is highly customized to meet client's needs. This includes collections which is further divided into consumer and commercial collections, lead generation and qualification, and Research and Data Entry.

Kyle Bendijo, Incoho's VP for Process Excellence, further states that "Our offerings are very specialized hence the smaller scale of our operations.  Each client has specific needs and rather than having a cookie cutter template to force on the client, our strategy is sit down and have a very thorough understanding of our client's processes by clearly defining it and applying metrics to understand the dynamics and  and develop a solution that will allow Incoho to add value to the process. It is always our aim to become an integral component of our client's process and not just be a service provider. Anyone can provide service, not everyone can add value."
