Requirements:

■Required skill(s): Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
■Preferably with QA background
■Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point) as an analytical tool
■Excellent verbal and written communication skills
■Willing to work on a multi-shift environment
■Ability to work with numbers
■An analytical mind which is able to process information logically
■Well organized
■Must have strong tolerance to pressure in a highly dynamic environment
■Required language(s): English
■Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
■Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Incoho is a BPO which started operations in 2002 with a niche focus on commercial collections on North American based receivables. Incoho’s foray into the outsourcing sphere started with local accounts which involved doing consumer collections for two of the Philippines’ top credit card issuing banks. Among our early successes with our clients involved conducting recovery collections for a major US based telecommunications company. Incoho was tasked to work on extremely aged receivables. The collectors jokingly referred to the project as doing “voodoo collections” because it was tantamount to raising the dead. But despite the age and delinquency of the accounts, Incoho still managed to generate significant yield and provide value to our client. It was this tenacity and entrepreneurial spirit that lead to other clients and projects in other aspects of the outsourcing universe.

Incoho’s line of businesses has grown to include collections, both consumer and commercial, list build and lead generation, research and data entry, and Returned Mail solutions. Our focus still remains with our core skill which is a very customer service, solutions oriented approach to collections.
